The Hub includes AI-powered features, including the Emma™ marketing assistant and the Creative Studio content generator. When you use these features, your text inputs and prompts are processed by AI language models to generate marketing content.
The Hub is a marketing resource platform and is not designed to collect, store, or process protected health information as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Users must not upload, input, or transmit any PHI through the Hub, including but not limited to patient names, medical records, treatment histories, or identifiable patient photographs.
Before & after images available on the Hub have been de-identified and are used with appropriate consent. If you are a healthcare provider, you are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent before using any patient images in your marketing materials, in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state laws.
