When you use the Hub, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, practice name, and professional credentials provided during authentication
  • Practice Settings: Practice name, specialty, location, and marketing preferences configured through the Hub's personalization features
  • Content Inputs: Text, prompts, and preferences you provide when using AI-powered content generation tools (including the Emma™ marketing assistant)
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and asset requests submitted through the Hub

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Hub, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, content downloaded, templates accessed, and time spent on the Hub
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
  • Cookies & Local Storage: Session identifiers, preference settings, and analytics data stored in your browser

3. AI-Generated Content & Data Processing

The Hub includes AI-powered features, including the Emma™ marketing assistant and the Creative Studio content generator. When you use these features, your text inputs and prompts are processed by AI language models to generate marketing content.

AI DATA PRACTICES

  • Your prompts and inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently by the AI model
  • Generated content may be stored in your browser's local storage for your convenience (favorites, history)
  • We do not use your inputs to train AI models
  • Do not input protected health information (PHI), patient names, or other HIPAA-protected data into AI tools

4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

The Hub is a marketing resource platform and is not designed to collect, store, or process protected health information as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Users must not upload, input, or transmit any PHI through the Hub, including but not limited to patient names, medical records, treatment histories, or identifiable patient photographs.

Before & after images available on the Hub have been de-identified and are used with appropriate consent. If you are a healthcare provider, you are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent before using any patient images in your marketing materials, in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state laws.

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of Onyxa Medical's assets
  • Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Onyxa Medical, our users, or the public

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication protocols, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

The Hub may integrate with third-party services, including Canva for template customization, social media platforms, and analytics providers. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Onyxa Medical is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Hub with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Hub after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
